How does the approval process work?
Once we've modeled your piece, a 3D preview appears in your customer portal. Spin it, zoom in, check the details — then approve it or tell us what to change. Nothing gets printed until you say it's perfect.
What can I send you to start?
Photos, sketches, a child's drawing, a logo, or just a description. Multiple angles help a lot for people and pet figurines.
How long does a custom order take?
Most orders take 1–3 weeks from approval depending on size and complexity. Need it by a certain date? Tell us when you submit your idea.
How much does it cost?
Every piece is one-of-a-kind, so we quote each order individually. Submitting an idea is free and there's no obligation.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the USA. Every creation is carefully packaged and you'll get tracking right in your portal.
