These terms apply when you use extrudablelabs.com or order custom prints from Extrudable Labs. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and give us accurate contact information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Custom orders

• Submitting an idea is free and does not commit you to buy anything.
• We send a quote before starting work. Prices and timelines are confirmed per order.
• We share a 3D preview for your approval before printing. Nothing is printed until you approve the design.
• 3D prints are handmade, so small variations in color, surface texture and layer lines are normal and are not defects.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any photos, artwork, logos or names you send us, and that asking us to reproduce them does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline any request, including ones involving trademarked or copyrighted characters, or content we consider inappropriate.

Design previews and files

3D previews in your portal are for reviewing your order only. The underlying design files remain the property of Extrudable Labs unless we agree otherwise in writing. Please don't copy, extract or redistribute them.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel for free before you approve a design. Because every piece is made to order, approved orders can't be returned for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or not as approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Tracking information appears in your portal once your order ships.

Liability

Our prints are decorative and are not toys for young children or food-safe items unless stated. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
