Privacy Policy

Extrudable Labs ("we", "us") makes custom 3D prints. This policy explains what information we collect through extrudablelabs.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google. We never receive your Google password.
• Order details: descriptions of what you want made, reference photos or drawings you upload, messages you send us, and your approvals or change requests on designs.
• Shipping and payment details you provide to complete an order.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic request logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To quote, design, print and ship your order, and to show you its status and 3D previews.
• To email you about your orders, such as quotes, design previews, and shipping updates.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We only share information with services that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Our hosting and network providers (Rackspace and Cloudflare), which store and deliver the site.
• Our email provider (Resend), which delivers order emails.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your photos and designs

Reference images and 3D models for your order are visible only to you and our staff. We will not post photos of your order or your references publicly without asking you first.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and order history while your account is open so you can reorder and view past orders. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. If you signed in with Google, you can also remove our access from your Google Account settings.

Children

The site is intended for adults. Parents may order prints of their children's artwork; we do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
